To print at Uni without an ID-Card, you need to first create a PIN. Log in at the Printers with your JGU username and the created PIN and start the printing process.
How to create your PIN:

No, only one card can be assiged to one JGU account.
You can change the assignment at any time and assign a different card - simply select assign card at a service terminal and log in - if a card is already assigned to the JGU account, you will be asked whether you want to replace the allocation.
No. Nothing is stored on the card itself, and without the PIN no one can print or copy with the card at your expense. It is more important that you log out after printing or copying!
If you still want to change the PIN, you can do this via your print and copy center: https://drucken.zdv.net
Yes, this is not a problem as the card is only used to identify the user when logging on to the devices (printer/copier). The credit on the card is not touched. You must specify which account is debited (the cost center or credit paid into the print account itself) at https://drucken.zdv.net/abrechnungskonto.
Accounts for employees become inactive after a certain period of time following their departure (depending on the type of employment, in the case of fixed-term contracts at the end of the contract). This means that the copy authorization also becomes inactive. However, you can also inform us of the departure, in which case the authorization for the relevant cost centre/settlement object can be actively deleted. To do this, it is sufficient for the person responsible for copy cards at your institute to send an email to kopierer@uni-mainz.de, stating the JGU account in question and the billing object/cost center.
If you change jobs within the University, your account will normally remain active. Therefore, please inform us about the departure so that we can delete the authorization to print and copy via the corresponding accounting object/cost center.
This message appears if the credit account is selected for payment, but there is insufficient credit for the current job. Employees normally print/copy via a billing object/cost center, but there is also the option of paying in credit themselves. This is preselected by default. Before using the new billing system for the first time, you must therefore select a billing account assigned to you in the Print and Copy Center (https://drucken.zdv.net) via the menu item Account selection, only then will this selected account be debited when copying.
If there have been problems with printing/copying, you may be able to submit a claim to have printing/copying costs refunded: →Antrag auf Druck-/Kopierkosten-Erstattung
