Members of JGU

You can change your six-digit PIN for JGU services in your JGU account.

  1. Click on My account in the left menu bar.
  2. Under Account data you will find information on whether you have a PIN.
  3. You can change this using the pencil symbol.
  4. Enter a new six-digit PIN and repeat it.
    The PIN may only consist of numbers!

You can use the PIN for the following services at JGU:

  • Automatic loan from the University Library
  • Interlibrary loan from the University Library
  • Printing and copying on public university devices

Members of Mainz University of Applied Sciences

The changes at JGU do not affect you. You can change your PIN at the university's service terminals. There is no longer an option to do this in the print and copy account.
