How long are my Chats and Requests stored?
All chats are currently stored for 30 days.
How do I archive my Chats and can I use them again?
You can archive chats to store them permanently. Archived chats
are not deleted after 30 days.
- Archiving: Move your mouse over a chat in the left menu bar, click
on the three dots, and select Archive. - Restoring: Click on your profile picture and select Archived Chats.
Click on the arrow icon next to the desired chat to
restore it.
